The Plus 440 sits one step up from the Mini 360 — about 72 more beverages for four more inches of width. On paper that is a modest jump. In practice it is the model we reach for most often in gyms and fitness centers, and the reason has less to do with total capacity than with what gets stocked.

A gym is not a small office with weights in it. The buying pattern is genuinely distinct in three ways.
The mix skews to drinks, heavily. Water, sports drinks, energy drinks and protein. Snacks move, but nothing like they do in an office breakroom. That means your shelf space needs to be doing beverage work, not split evenly across categories.
Demand is spiky. Traffic clusters around early morning, lunch and the post-work rush. A machine can be fine at 2pm and stripped by 7pm. What matters is not average daily sales but whether you can survive the peak without running out.
Cans and bottles behave differently on a shelf. The extra can capacity is the specific reason we favour this model in fitness settings. When your fastest movers are energy drinks, being able to hold more of them per restock is worth more than a slightly larger cabinet holding a broader range you are not selling.
At 26.8 inches wide and 220.4 pounds, the Plus 440 still fits through standard doorways and is manageable to place. It is the largest machine in the lineup that stays genuinely easy to handle — past this point you are into equipment and extra hands.
Our general sizing guidance is under roughly 50 daily users for the Mini 360 or Plus 440. For a gym, weight that toward the Plus 440, because gym traffic converts to drink sales at a higher rate than an equivalent headcount in an office.
Mid-size breakrooms, small manufacturing shops, trade counters, and any site where drinks clearly outsell snacks. It also works well as a second machine at a location already running a chilled unit, if you want to widen the beverage range without adding much footprint.
If the site runs 50 to 150 daily users, look at the Pro 542 or Max 620. If a gym is large enough that you would be restocking more than twice a week, the extra capacity will pay for itself in trips saved.

Identical across the range: AI product recognition, cashless and contactless payment, and the HAHA cloud management platform. Restock alerts on either sales volume or inventory threshold, remote temperature and volume control, staff roles scoped to specific machines, and sales reporting by product or by equipment. Shelf layers hold up to 10 product facings, and product templates copy across any machines with the same layer count.
